Ford Mustang Mach-E
Entre los coches eléctricos que aspiran a rivalizar con el Ford Mustang Mach-E nos encontramos con otros SUV de su clase, entre los que destacan el Tesla Model Y y, más adelante, los Volkswagen ID.4, Audi Q4 e-tron y el BMW iX3.
El Ford Mustang Mach-E se presenta con una imagen atractiva, completando una estética robusta como la que ya muestran otros vehículos del segmento SUV como el Lamborghini Urus. Destaca la ausencia por completo del logotipo ovalado de Ford, luciendo en todo momento el histórico pony del Mustang. Se aleja de las formas de un crossover coupé para evitar que pueda desentonar dentro de la gama del popular muscle car estadounidense.
Cuenta entre su gama con el GT, el cual instala un motor eléctrico de hasta 342 kW (465 CV) de potencia y un par máximo de 830 Nm con tracción total, el cual permite al Ford Mustang Mach-E acelerar de 0 a 100 km/h en menos de 4 segundos. Además de esta versión superior, Ford comercializa diferentes propuestas dependiendo de su autonomía y la configuración de sus motores eléctricos. Hay versión con mayor autonomía y tracción trasera (motor eléctrico instalado en el eje trasero) que entrega 258 CV con 415 Nm .
La versión de tracción trasera del Ford Mustang Mach-E apunta a una autonomía de al menos 483 kilómetros según estimaciones, mientras que la Extended Range puede alcanzar hasta los 510 km de rango entre cargas. Con una potencia máxima que alcance picos de hasta 150 kW, en el proceso de carga de las baterías, los datos oficiales apuntan a que se podrían obtener 92 kilómetros de autonomía adicionales en solo 10 minutos de carga, o recargar las baterías del 10% al 80% en solo 38 minutos.
El diseño del interior es limpio, en este caso empleando una configuración a la que ya utilizan algunos de sus rivales. Destaca especialmente la pantalla que controla el sistema de infoentretenimiento, en disposición vertical con un tamaño de 15,5 pulgadas, irremediablemente recuerda a la propuesta de Tesla. La instrumentación también cuenta con una pantalla digital situada tras el volante, con mandos en el volante que pemiten configurar distintos elementos, así como consultar alguna información sin apartar la mirada del frente. Si en el exterior están claros los guiños al pasado, dentro del habitáculo la propuesta es mucho más futurista y lineal.
